Investment consulting, stock recommendations, and trading advice are outside DawnScan's scope of operation. We are unable to respond to inquiries of that kind.

Response policy

• The site is run by a single operator who reads every message personally. Since this is not a full-time job, replies typically take 2-3 business days.
• Reports of numeric or explanatory errors are given top priority. Once confirmed, the affected page is corrected, and the correction is not hidden.
• There is no autoresponder or support staff. Advertising or bulk-sent emails will not receive a reply.

When reporting a bug

Including the following helps us confirm it much faster.

• The page URL where the issue appeared (e.g. /base-rate)
• When you saw it — data refreshes daily, so timing matters
• The value you expected versus the value you actually saw
